As Armistice Day this year was the 100th anniversary of the end of the First World War, the Corps was represented in the official British Legion Veterans parade at the Cenotaph, Whitehall, London. Three colleagues carried the standard and lay wreaths on behalf of the Corps of Commissionaires representing the UK, Canadian and Australian Corps associations to signify the ethos and bonds which link us all.

Whilst Corps Security (UK) are now a commercial organisation, their founding Corps principles remain in that all of their profits are re-invested into the company for projects to ensure they continue to develop and improve our services, as well as to support the welfare and well-being of ex-service men and women through nominated charities.

Seen above is a photo taken in Whitehall – the single Commissionaire is standing outside the Canadian High Commission in Trafalgar Square.
