As a result of a planned retirement, Commissionaires BC is seeking to recruit a dynamic leader as its next Chief Executive Officer. As the CEO, you will have the opportunity to design and identify new markets for growth, expand the existing client base through a strong focus on quality and identify new ways in which our complex security-related needs might best be met.
Working collaboratively with other Commissionaires divisions across the country, the new CEO will develop strategic plans to grow our business while meeting competitive challenges from other national security services companies.
Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
The successful candidate will be a proven senior executive with superior leadership and relationship skills and experience. The ideal executive brings a track record of success in a senior leadership role within a related organization such as public safety, military or an entrepreneurial public sector body or private sector business. As a successful business developer and strategic visionary, the new CEO will bring exceptional business acumen, a commitment to our mandate and be a motivating leader of the larger workforce.
By providing meaningful employment to those who have served their country, province or local government as a member of the military or as a uniformed first responder, Commissionaires BC incorporates an extremely important social mandate that differentiates us from private sector security companies.
This is an exciting time to lead and grow a well-recognized and respected organization.
To explore this exciting opportunity further, please contact either Kayne Yen, Kathryn Young, or Ken Werker, at 604-685-0261, or submit your resume and cover letter to firstname.lastname@example.org stating the subject line “Commissionaires CEO.”
